Looking back at the 2023 list I felt like it was time for an updated list to make room for some more truly great tv characters that deserve to shine. As I went through this updated list I was surprised by how many characters remained from the previous one though most of them were moved to different positions. Tastes change and I feel like this new version reflects that.
