You hear non-stop from Gen Xers and even Millenials how legendary the 1990s were and apparently still are. It was the biggest youth generation in history and many babies, children and teens of the period look back on that decade with nothing but fondness and nostalgia. One of the most beloved things about the 90s’ were the classic tv shows that aired at the time, especially the sitcoms that were in the peak of the genre with most of the top 20 shows in the neilsen ratings being multi camera comedies on every network. Sitcoms dominated the 1990s and with so many of them that are revered to this day, I thought it’d be fun to list the top 25 most beloved and most popular sitcoms of the period that plenty of 90s’ babies, kids, and teens still adore to this very day.
